目的：探讨不同胎龄及体重早产儿早产原因、合并症及近期预后。方法：收治早产儿303例，按不同胎龄和体重分为6组，对6组早产儿的早产原因、合并症以及近期预后进行分析。结果：胎膜早破是引起早产最主要的原因。早产儿主要并发症为贫血、高胆红素血症及肺炎等。不同胎龄组的并发症发生率差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：产科、新生儿科医师应当掌握引起早产的原因，积极防治早产儿合并症，提高早产儿的存活率和生存质量。

목적：탐토불동태령급체중조산인조산원인、합병증급근기예후。방법：수치조산인303례，안불동태령화체중분위6조，대6조조산인적조산원인、합병증이급근기예후진행분석。결과：태막조파시인기조산최주요적원인。조산인주요병발증위빈혈、고담홍소혈증급폐염등。불동태령조적병발증발생솔차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：산과、신생인과의사응당장악인기조산적원인，적겁방치조산인합병증，제고조산인적존활솔화생존질량。
Objective:To explore the preterm birth reasons,complications and recent prognosis of different gestational age and weight premature infants.Methods:303 cases of premature infants were selected.They were divided into 6 groups according to different gestational age and weight.The preterm birth reasons,complications and recent prognosis of premature infants in 6 groups were analyzed.Results:The premature rupture of fetal membranes is the main reason of premature birth.The main complications of premature infants were anemia,hyperbilirubinemia and pneumonia.The differences between the complications incidence rate in different age groups had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Obstetric,neonatal pediatricians should grasp the reasons of premature birth,actively prevent and treat the complications of premature infants,to improve the survival rate and the life quality of preterm infants.
