目的：探讨低血糖发生的病因及急诊护理与预防效果。方法选取该院急诊科收治的低血糖患者共98例,总结其发病原因及护理实施与预防效果。结果98例患者经过优质的护理干预,治愈94例,治愈率95.9%,3例转为住院治疗,治疗好转出院,1例死亡,死亡率1.0%。结论对于急诊低血糖病人,护理过程中积极寻找原因,能有效降低发生率,配合药物治疗的同时给予优质的护理措施,显著提高了治愈率。
목적：탐토저혈당발생적병인급급진호리여예방효과。방법선취해원급진과수치적저혈당환자공98례,총결기발병원인급호리실시여예방효과。결과98례환자경과우질적호리간예,치유94례,치유솔95.9%,3례전위주원치료,치료호전출원,1례사망,사망솔1.0%。결론대우급진저혈당병인,호리과정중적겁심조원인,능유효강저발생솔,배합약물치료적동시급여우질적호리조시,현저제고료치유솔。
Objective To investigate the etiology and emergency care and preventive effects of hypoglycemia. Methods the emergency department of our hospital patients with a total of 98 cases of hypoglycemia, to summarize the causes and nursing prevention effect and implementation. Results 98 cases of patients after intervention of nursing quality, 94 cases were cured, the cure rate was 95.9%, 3 cases were transferred to hospital treatment, treatment improved and discharged, 1 cases died, the mortality rate 1%. Conclusion for emergency hypoglycemia patient, nursing process actively looking for reasons, can effectively reduce the incidence of, with drug treatment at the same time give nursing measures of quality, significantly improve the cure rate.
