目的：探讨干扰素在宫颈病变患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月至2014年9月我院收治的宫颈病变患者50例，按随机数字表法将其分成实验组25例，对照组25例，均应用高频电波刀治疗，在此基础上为实验组应用重组人干扰素α-2a治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：实验组宫颈病变治疗有效率为96.0%，并发症发生率为8.0%，优于对照组的80.0%、28.0%（P＜0.05）。结论：干扰素在宫颈病变患者中具有较高的临床应用价值，值得临床进一步应用、推广。

목적：탐토간우소재궁경병변환자중적응용효과。방법：선취2014년1월지2014년9월아원수치적궁경병변환자50례，안수궤수자표법장기분성실험조25례，대조조25례，균응용고빈전파도치료，재차기출상위실험조응용중조인간우소α-2a치료，비교량조치료효과。결과：실험조궁경병변치료유효솔위96.0%，병발증발생솔위8.0%，우우대조조적80.0%、28.0%（P＜0.05）。결론：간우소재궁경병변환자중구유교고적림상응용개치，치득림상진일보응용、추엄。
Objective: to study the application effect of interferon in patients with cervical lesions. Methods: from January 2014 to sep 2014 our hospital of 50 patients with cervical lesions, according to random number table method will be divided into the experimental group 25 cases, the control group, 25 cases were treated with high frequency waves, on the basis of the experimental group used human recombinant interferon alpha 2 a treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results: the cervical lesion treatment effective rate of 96.0%, the incidence of complications was 8.0%, better than that of control group were 80.0%, 28.0% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: interferon in patients with cervical lesions with high clinical value, worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
