目的：探讨粉碎性髌骨骨折交叉张力带钢丝内固定的临床效果。方法：2010年7月-2014年7月收治粉碎性髌骨骨折患者90例，分为对照组与观察组，各45例，观察组采用张力带钢丝内固定治疗，对照组采用髌骨环治疗，对比治疗结果。结果：观察组的优良率、优秀率分别为100%、71.11%。对照组的优良率、优秀率分别为68.89%、35.56%，组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：临床治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折采用交叉张力带钢丝内固定治疗的效果显著，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

목적：탐토분쇄성빈골골절교차장력대강사내고정적림상효과。방법：2010년7월-2014년7월수치분쇄성빈골골절환자90례，분위대조조여관찰조，각45례，관찰조채용장력대강사내고정치료，대조조채용빈골배치료，대비치료결과。결과：관찰조적우량솔、우수솔분별위100%、71.11%。대조조적우량솔、우수솔분별위68.89%、35.56%，조간대비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：림상치료분쇄성빈골골절채용교차장력대강사내고정치료적효과현저，치득재림상치료중추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cross tension band wire fixation on comminuted fracture of patella. Methods:90 patients with comminuted patella fracture were selected from July 2010 to July 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were treated with tension band wire fixation,while the control group were treated with the patellar ring,then we compared their treatment outcome.Results:In the control group,the good rate and excellent rates were 100% and 71.11% respectively.While in the control group were 68.89% and 35.56% respectively.The differences was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cross tension band wire fixation on comminuted fracture of patella has significant treatment effect,so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
