目的：分析干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性丙型肝炎合并糖尿病患者46例，作为研究组；同期收治慢性丙型肝炎未合并糖尿病患者46例，作为对照组。两组均给予聚乙二醇干扰素与利巴韦林治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后持续病毒应答率、丙肝病毒阴转率及空腹血糖变化比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎合并糖尿病具有安全、可靠、有效等优点。

목적：분석간우소치료만성병형간염합병당뇨병적림상료효。방법：수치만성병형간염합병당뇨병환자46례，작위연구조；동기수치만성병형간염미합병당뇨병환자46례，작위대조조。량조균급여취을이순간우소여리파위림치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과：량조치료후지속병독응답솔、병간병독음전솔급공복혈당변화비교，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：간우소치료만성병형간염합병당뇨병구유안전、가고、유효등우점。
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C combined with diabetes.Methods:46 patients with chronic hepatitis C combined with diabetes were selected as the study group.46 patients with chronic hepatitis C without diabetes were selected as the control group at the same time.Two groups were given pegylated interferon and ribavirin treatment.The clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The sustained virological response,hepatitis c virus yin turn rate and fasting glucose chang after treatment were compared in two groups,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C combined with diabetes has the advantages of safe,reliable,effective and so on.
