清末留美幼童是中国近代史上最早的官派留学生。这些幼童到达美国后，不但学习实业、外交等知识与技能，而且较早地参与、体验西方近代体育。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法，对120名幼童留美期间及回国后的体育活动进行分析，探讨留美幼童对中国近代体育发展的影响，为当前体育留学教育、青少年留学生教育及中外体育文化交流提供借鉴。
清末留美幼童是中國近代史上最早的官派留學生。這些幼童到達美國後，不但學習實業、外交等知識與技能，而且較早地參與、體驗西方近代體育。通過文獻資料法、邏輯分析法等方法，對120名幼童留美期間及迴國後的體育活動進行分析，探討留美幼童對中國近代體育髮展的影響，為噹前體育留學教育、青少年留學生教育及中外體育文化交流提供藉鑒。
청말류미유동시중국근대사상최조적관파류학생。저사유동도체미국후，불단학습실업、외교등지식여기능，이차교조지삼여、체험서방근대체육。통과문헌자료법、라집분석법등방법，대120명유동류미기간급회국후적체육활동진행분석，탐토류미유동대중국근대체육발전적영향，위당전체육류학교육、청소년류학생교육급중외체육문화교류제공차감。
Young children studying in the U. S. in the Late Qing Dynasty was the earliest government-sent students a-broad in modern history of China. After these children ar-rived in the United States,they not only studied industry, diplomacy and other knowledge and skills,but also earlier participated in western Physical activities. By the methods of literature review,logical analysis and so on,the author analyzed the childrens’ sports abroad and after home,and explored these children’s impact on the development of Chinese modern sports. The paper offered reference for the current Chinese overseas sports education, education of teenagers studying abroad and the sports cultural exchan-ges between China and the foreign.
