由于扩招，高校班级规模逐渐增大，大班教学使得学生和教师都面临一系列的困难，这不利于有效教学的进行。高校大班教学的质量普遍不高，存在的问题突出。为提高大班教学质量，教师需要改变教学方式、提升讲授能力、加强课堂管理等策略来优化教学。
