发扬党内民主和推动党内民主法治化是内在统一的。促进党内民主法治化是发展党内民主，推动社会主义民主法治的必然要求；是加强党的建设、促进党的事业发展的必然要求。推动党内民主法治化要做好党员权利保障、完善民主集中制、健全党内法规体系等等工作。
髮颺黨內民主和推動黨內民主法治化是內在統一的。促進黨內民主法治化是髮展黨內民主，推動社會主義民主法治的必然要求；是加彊黨的建設、促進黨的事業髮展的必然要求。推動黨內民主法治化要做好黨員權利保障、完善民主集中製、健全黨內法規體繫等等工作。
발양당내민주화추동당내민주법치화시내재통일적。촉진당내민주법치화시발전당내민주，추동사회주의민주법치적필연요구；시가강당적건설、촉진당적사업발전적필연요구。추동당내민주법치화요주호당원권리보장、완선민주집중제、건전당내법규체계등등공작。
Expand intra -party democracy and inner -party democracy under the rule of law is unied.Realization of inner -party democracy under the rule of law is to develop inner -party democracy and promote the inevitable requirement of socialist democracy under the rule of law;it is the inevitable requirement to strengthen the party's construction and promote the develop-ment of the party's cause.To promote inner -party democracy under the rule of law,we should guarantee the party members'rights,improve democratic centralism and perfect inner -party laws and regulations system.
