针对ZZ8500/20/40型液压支架中缸筒设计不合理部分进行改进。分别列举了中缸筒按原设计和改进后设计进行加工的工艺过程,并对二者进行了比较。改进前设计加工工艺繁琐,费料费时,效率低;改进后省工省料,可降低成本,提高效率50%。
針對ZZ8500/20/40型液壓支架中缸筒設計不閤理部分進行改進。分彆列舉瞭中缸筒按原設計和改進後設計進行加工的工藝過程,併對二者進行瞭比較。改進前設計加工工藝繁瑣,費料費時,效率低;改進後省工省料,可降低成本,提高效率50%。

The unreasonable parts of cylinder design for ZZ8500/20/40 hydraulic support are improved. The processes of processing middle cylinder according to the original design and the improved design are listed respectively and compared. Design process before improving is cumbersome, time-consuming and inefficient; Improved design process saves both labour and material, can reduce cost and increase the efficiency by 50%.
