创新型人才培养是我国面临的紧迫任务，必须树立传统整体性思维方式，运用整体性思维方式来认识和指导高校创新型人才的培养，按照人才培养规律，培养出符合时代发展需要的创新型人才。

Cultivating innovative talents is an urgent task we are facing.Traditional holistic thinking mode should be estab-lished and applied to the cultivation of innovative talents of university on the basis of talent training rules so that they turn out to be identical with the need of age development.
