科技型中小企业（TSME)创新性、成长速度、扩张规模以及社会贡献率一般会高于传统非科技型中小企业，所以它对金融资源的需求一般也不同于传统企业。文章基于企业生命周期理论模型，对科技型中小企业（TSME)的企业成长特殊规律性进行了研究，以及对目前我国企业可利用金融资源的分类特点进行了研究，认为只有将二者有机地结合起来，才能有效地解决金融资源配置效率低下的状况。通过采用科技型中小企业金融资源的配对模型分析，并进行了收益矩阵与风险模型的应用算例计算，论证了在企业不同生命周期阶段的金融资源配对过程中风险与收益的最佳配对方法与模式。最后，针对我国目前金融市场上金融资源配置的不足与缺陷，提出了我国发展科技型中小企业的金融支持的四种有效方法与途径。

The innovation, growth rate, expansion of the scale and social contribution rates of TSME is generally higher than the traditional non-tech SMEs, so generally speaking, it needs different financial resources compare to the traditional companies. Through studying the special growth laws of TSME enterprise based on life cycle theory model, as well as studying the current financial resources characteristics, we need to joint both of them organically together in order to allocate finance resources effectively. Through the use of the financial resources of SME pairing model analysis and application of the payoff matrix and risk models to calculate numerical example demonstrates the best pairing method and financial resources at different stages of the life cycle of the pairing process. Finally , in view of the current deficiencies and defects allocation of financial resources in the financial markets, the paper proposed four effective ways and means of supporting the financial development for China's SME.
