工业设计是一门集工程技术、审美艺术、人文社会于一体的，多领域、跨学科的专业，它是各种学科、技术和审美观念的交叉产物。文章指出了跨学科协同创新培养工业设计人才的重要性，探析了我国目前工业设计教育存在的不足，提出了以跨学科为中心的从专业研究到协同创新的教学模式，阐述了跨学科协同创新培养模式的重要启示，有助于推进工业设计专业跨学科人才的培养。

Industrial design is an interdisciplinary major combined with engineering technology, aesthetic arts and humane society .It is the interdisciplinary product of a variety of disciplines, technologies and aesthetic ideas. This article points out the importance of training talented industrial designers in a way of interdisciplinary col aborative innovation, analyzes the shortcomings of the current industrial design education, proposes a teaching model which is focused on interdisciplinary from professional research to col aborative innovation and elaborates the revelation of the interdisciplinary col aborative innovation pattern, which can help training interdisciplinary talents in industrial design major.
