景观与人们日常生活息息相关，它影响着人们的思想、情感以及健康。至上世纪60年代开始，越来越多的国家和学术团体开始重视对景观评价方法的研究，不同学派在各自理论指导下形成多种评价方法，本论文试图对心理物理学派的景观偏好矩阵评价方法进行分析，对其概念生成、形成发展和实践应用逐一梳理，并通过实际案例的运用检验景观偏好矩阵评价方法的可行性与可操作性。

Landscape is closely related to our daily life, it affects our emotions, thoughts, and the physical and mental health. Since the early '60s, more and more people started to research landscape assessment method, and gradual y formed different schools, however, with the guidance of different theory form many different evaluation methods. The research mainly explore and analyze landscape preference matrix of psychophysical school, not only detail the concept of landscape preference matrix, formation, development and evaluation factors, but also through an example(Evaluation Yanqing County of Beijing), summarize the evaluation steps .
