1例61岁男性患者，因结肠息肉入院行腹腔镜下结肠部分切除术，术后给予重组人白介素-2,200万I U静脉滴注，每日一次。用药7d后出现间歇性发热，每于午后及傍晚出现，体温最高达38℃，次日清晨降至正常。综合患者临床表现，考虑与重组人白介素-2有关，建议医师停药。停药后患者体温降至正常后未再出现间歇性发热。此病例提醒广大临床医生对重组人白介素-2引起的药物热应给予足够认识。
1례61세남성환자，인결장식육입원행복강경하결장부분절제술，술후급여중조인백개소-2,200만I U정맥적주，매일일차。용약7d후출현간헐성발열，매우오후급방만출현，체온최고체38℃，차일청신강지정상。종합환자림상표현，고필여중조인백개소-2유관，건의의사정약。정약후환자체온강지정상후미재출현간헐성발열。차병례제성엄대림상의생대중조인백개소-2인기적약물열응급여족구인식。
A 61 year male patient with polyp of colon was admitted to hospital. After the laparoscopic partial colectomy was administered intravenous infusion of recombinant human interleukin-2(IL-2) 2000,000 IU qd. 7 days after the treatment, the intermittent fever was found. The temperature of the patient rose to about 38℃ every afternoon and gradually fell to normal at the next morning. Recombinant human interleukin-2 was considered the cause according to the clinical feature of the patient. It was discontinued immediately as the pharmacist suggested. And then the patient's temperature return to normal and the intermittent fever did not recur until discharged. This case reminds clinician aware of IL-2's adverse reaction like drug-fever, thus more attention should be paid to it for medical treatment.
