    本文通过分析临床药师参与的1例缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防治疗及药学监护过程，探讨抗血小板药物在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的合理应用。体现了临床药师在合理用药、降低药物不良反应过程中的积极作用。

    This manuscript discribed the secondary prevention therapies and pharmaceutical care for a patient with ischemic stroke, and discussed the reasonable therapeutic regimens of antiplatelet agents. The positive role of the clinical pharmacists in rational drug use and reducing adverse drug reactions was reflected.
