炭化烧蚀模型是一种简单实用的烧蚀模型,涉及到的参数较少。采用炭化烧蚀模型计算以丁腈橡胶为基,以二氧化硅和石棉纤维为填料的内绝热材料NBR得到的烧蚀率与氧乙炔线烧蚀率吻合的较好。将NBR的物性参数作为基准上下波动±10%,分析了这些物性参数对炭化烧蚀率的影响,有助于了解各参数对炭化烧蚀的影响程度,为今后绝热层烧蚀性能的提高提供参考。

Charring‐ablation model is a simple and practical ablation model involving relatively less parame‐ters .The model is used for calculating the ablation rate of an insulation material (NBR) in common use , and its matrix is butyl rubber and filled with silicon dioxide and asbestos fiber .The result is consistent with oxygen‐acetylene ablation experiment .The analysis of physical property parameter's effect on char‐ring ablation based on NBR is more useful to understand the extent of influence on charring ablation by the parameters ,and can be referenced for the improvement of insulation ablation property .
