目的：探讨应用钛镍记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的疗效和应用价值。方法选择78例采用钛镍记忆合金肋骨环抱器内固定治疗的多发性肋骨骨折患者（环抱器组），与53例采用其他器材手术（螺丝钢板、可吸收髓内钉）内固定治疗的患者（对照组）进行比较，包括患者的一般情况、手术中及术后情况及并发症。结果环抱器组术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间及胸管引流时间均少于对照组（均P＜0.05），而且环抱器组术后并发症（包括呼吸衰竭、肺不张、肺部感染、胸壁塌陷畸形）发生率也低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论钛镍记忆合金肋骨环抱器手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折具有容易操作、创伤小、固定牢靠、组织相容性好、术后并发症少等优点。
목적：탐토응용태얼기억합금륵골배포기치료다발성륵골골절적료효화응용개치。방법선택78례채용태얼기억합금륵골배포기내고정치료적다발성륵골골절환자（배포기조），여53례채용기타기재수술（라사강판、가흡수수내정）내고정치료적환자（대조조）진행비교，포괄환자적일반정황、수술중급술후정황급병발증。결과배포기조술중출혈량、수술시간、술후주원시간급흉관인류시간균소우대조조（균P＜0.05），이차배포기조술후병발증（포괄호흡쇠갈、폐불장、폐부감염、흉벽탑함기형）발생솔야저우대조조（균P＜0.05）。결론태얼기억합금륵골배포기수술치료다발성륵골골절구유용역조작、창상소、고정뢰고、조직상용성호、술후병발증소등우점。
Objective To evaluate the application of Ni- Ti shape memory al oy embracing fixator for multiple rib frac-tures. Methods Seventy eight patients with multiple rib fractures were treated with Ni- Ti shape memory al oy embracing fix-ator (test group) from June 2006 to December 2013 in our hospital; during the same period 53 cases (control group) were treated with other internal fixation (screws, steel absorbable intramedul ary nailing). The therapeutic outcomes were compared between two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss and operation time were significantly lower in test group than those in control treatment (P<0.05). The postoperative hospital stay and the chest tube drainage time in test group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05). The complications(respiratory failure, atelectasis, pulmonary infection, the col apse of the chest wal deformity) in test group was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ni- Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator is effective in treatment of multiple rib fractures with easy operation, less trauma, firm fixation, good histocompatibility and less postoperative complications.
