探究 AZ31镁合金接骨板与传统钛合金接骨板在治疗骨折过程中力学性能的异同。根据人体股骨 CT 图片进行股骨的三维重建,将模型导入 ANSYS 中进行接骨板接骨钉的建模,进行有限元分析。设定镁合金为实验组,钛合金为对照组,分别模拟断裂时期、愈合前期与愈合后期进行计算,提取接骨板与股骨上8个位置的应力进行统计分析。结果表明,钛合金对照组中,处于股骨上的4个关键点为压缩,而处于接骨板上4个关键点为拉伸,随着骨折的愈合,接骨板上各关键点位置的应力值减小,而股骨上关键点位置应力值增大;镁合金实验组结果与钛合金组类似,而钛合金组的应力值一般大于镁合金组。愈合过程中,股骨内侧一般为压缩,接骨板侧一般为拉伸,镁合金接骨板与钛合金接骨板8处位置规律基本一致,而随着骨折的逐渐愈合,股骨内侧所受应力逐渐增大,而接骨板外侧具有减小的趋势,镁合金接骨板与钛合金接骨板在治疗骨折过程中具有相似的力学特性。

To explore the similarities and differences of mechanical properties in AZ31 magnesium alloy and traditional titanium in treating femoral fracture,we conducted three-dimensional recon-struction of the femur by human femur CT image,imported the model into ANSYS,then mod-eled plates and bone screws,and carried out finite element analysis.Magnesium alloy was as the experimental group and titanium was the control group.Fracture period,early healing period,and late healing period were simulated.The stress of 8 key points in plate and femur were extracted and analyzed.The results showed that four key points on the femur of the titanium control group were compressed in the bone healing period,while four key points on bone plate is stretched.As the fracture healing,the value of key points in bone plate reduces,the value of key points in femur increases.The results of magnesium alloy experimental group were similar to the titanium control group,while the data of magnesium group was larger than that of titanium group.In conclusion in the bone healing period,the medial femur is compressed,and the side with plates is stretched. The regularity of 8 positions on the magnesium alloy plates are consistent with that on the titani-um plates.With the gradual healing of fracture,the stress of medial femur increases,while the stress of the side with plates decreases.The magnesium alloy plates and the titanium plates have similar mechanical properties in the process of fracture treatment.
