提出逆向工程应用于异形零件产品建模过程中的解决方案，对关键技术的使用进行了详细说明。首先在逆向软件 Geomagic 中对原始数据进行处理，然后创建异形零件的三维曲面模型，最后进行误差分析。通过 Geomagic Quality 软件证明了重建的数字模型达到了设计要求，能够满足生产需求。

By proposing a solution to reverse engineering application in special shaped parts prod-uct modeling process,the use of some key technology is described in detail in this paper.Firstly the paper introduced the processing of original data in the reverse engineering software Geomagic, then created a 3D surface model of multi axis machining parts,and finally analyed the error. Geomagic Quality software proved that the reconstruction digital model met the design require-ments and could meet the production requirements.
