综述了多孔硅材料的起源和发展,介绍了多孔硅的制备方法和发光机理,提出了多孔硅发光理论研究的发展方向和切入点。另外,阐述了多孔硅表面修饰研究以及多孔硅作为新的功能材料在各个领域的应用研究现状,并对多孔硅在器件上的应用特点进行了分析,提出了多孔硅器件在应用上可以广泛借鉴晶体管结构的设想。
綜述瞭多孔硅材料的起源和髮展,介紹瞭多孔硅的製備方法和髮光機理,提齣瞭多孔硅髮光理論研究的髮展方嚮和切入點。另外,闡述瞭多孔硅錶麵脩飾研究以及多孔硅作為新的功能材料在各箇領域的應用研究現狀,併對多孔硅在器件上的應用特點進行瞭分析,提齣瞭多孔硅器件在應用上可以廣汎藉鑒晶體管結構的設想。

This paper reviewed the discovery and development of porous silicon (PS),introduced the preparation and the light-emitting mechanism of PS,and inferred the future development on mechanism research.In addition,this article also summarized the works on PS surface modifica-tion and the application of PS as a new function material.The characteristics and structure of PS application devices were also discussed and a conclusion was drawed that transistor structure can be referenced in future PS device design.
