根据四川省防雷中心编制的地方标准DB51/ T851-2008《地震过渡安置房防雷技术规范》,结合四川省汶川、仁和、芦山、青海玉树和目前正在建设的鲁甸地震大量过渡安置房防雷装置设计施工实际情况,针对不同类型过渡安置房建设,选取两种最有代表意义的过渡安置房,采用滚球法计算各种高度接闪杆之间的间距、至安置点板房外围边缘的距离、在板房和帐篷高度平面上的保护范围等关键参数,并凝练出过渡安置房雷电防护要点及防雷设计施工的关键参数,并在历次地震过渡安置房防雷工作中广泛应用。

Based on local standard Technical Specification for Lightning-proof Temporary Dwellings after Earthquake ( DB51 / T851 - 2008) by Sichuan Lightning Protection Center and actual design and construction of lightning protection devices for a large number of temporary dwellings in Wenchuan County, Renhe District, Lushan County of Sichuan Province, Yushu of Qinghai Province and Ludian (under construction currently) , the paper selects two representative temporary dwellings of different construction types to calculate key parameters such as distances among air-termination systems of different heights, distances to peripheral edges of barracks at the settlement and protection scope above the barracks and tents with rolling ball method, extracts the key parameters for key points of lightning protection and lightning protection design and construction and widely used in the lightning protection of temporary dwellings for previous earthquakes.
