针对北三号精馏塔炉用鼓风机滚动轴承箱压盖密封存在的泄漏问题,提出了密封改造方案。该方案采用组合密封和加装甩油盘双重方法,进行密封改造[1]。实际使用结果表明,改造后滚动轴承密封,润滑油达到零泄漏。从而杜绝了安全隐患,提高了经济效益。
針對北三號精餾塔爐用鼓風機滾動軸承箱壓蓋密封存在的洩漏問題,提齣瞭密封改造方案。該方案採用組閤密封和加裝甩油盤雙重方法,進行密封改造[1]。實際使用結果錶明,改造後滾動軸承密封,潤滑油達到零洩漏。從而杜絕瞭安全隱患,提高瞭經濟效益。

In the light of the leakage problems of bearing box gland seal in North Three distillation column boiler blower, the scheme of seal transformation was put forward. The scheme used combined seal and install oil thrower to reform. The actual application show that lubricating oil achieves zero leakage. Through such transformation, the potential safety hazard is eliminated and economic benefit improves.
