针对北三号精馏塔炉用鼓风机滚动轴承箱压盖密封存在的泄漏问题，提出了密封改造方案。该方案采用组合密封和加装甩油盘双重方法，进行密封改造[1]。实际使用结果表明，改造后滚动轴承密封，润滑油达到零泄漏。从而杜绝了安全隐患，提高了经济效益。

In the light of the leakage problems of bearing box gland seal in North Three distillation column boiler blower, the scheme of seal transformation was put forward. The scheme used combined seal and install oil thrower to reform. The actual application show that lubricating oil achieves zero leakage. Through such transformation, the potential safety hazard is eliminated and economic benefit improves.
