目前国内减振器底阀的装配方式主要是人工装配，不仅效率低，而且容易出现误操作，造成产品质量不稳定。在前人研制的阀片自动分组机基础上，通过设计一种底阀自动装配机与阀片自动分组机配合，从而实现减振器底阀的自动装配，提高生产效率。

At present the main way of shock absorber bottom valve assembly is manual assembly. Its efficiency is low, and it’s easy to have a wrong operation resulting in unstable product quality. On the basis of valves automatic grouping machine, a bottom valve automatic assembly machine is designed, and it will be used together with valve automatic grouping machine, so as to realize the automatic assembling of shock absorber bottom valve, to improve production efficiency.
