This paper briefly described the shortcomings of traditional feet lock scheme,taking Taixing railway Xiaohegou tunnel as an example, introduced the application of“ Bridge”lock feet support device in expansive soil layer tunnel initial support,and analyzed the advantages of“Bridge”big feet lock scheme,pointed out that the“Bridge”big lock feet scheme construction had obvious effect,convenient operation,effec-tively ensured the construction safety of Xiaohegou tunnel.
