通过对嘉兴内河航运物流现状的分析发现,嘉兴内河航运物流量呈逐年增长趋势,但货种结构单一,增长较为粗放;内河航道通航里程领先,但航道等级及网络化水平较低,河道污染严重;内河港口初具规模,但结构性矛盾依然突出,港口防污能力较弱;内河航运船舶平均吨位大幅提升,但大吨位和专业化船舶依然缺乏,船舶污染较为严重。由此可见,嘉兴内河航运物流发展同时面临着经济社会发展的强劲需求和水环境污染防治的巨大压力,因此,必须推动内河航运结构调整、加强生态内河航道和绿色内河港口建设、加快推进内河运输船舶船型标准化、完善内河航运支持保障体系、增强内河水环境保护意识。

In recent years,Jiaxing inland river shipping logistics amount increased,but the cargo structure is unitary and the growth is more extensive;Inland waterway mileage is ahead,but the level of Channel classes and network level are low,river pollution being serious;The construction of inland port is shaping fast,yet the structural contradictions are still prominent and port antifouling ability is weak;Ship average tonnage increased substantially,but the large tonnage and specialized ships are still inadequate,the pollution from the ship is seri-ous.At present,Jiaxing inland river shipping logistics development is facing economic and social development of strong demand and huge pressure of water environment pollution prevention.It must promote the adjustment of the structure of inland river shipping,strengthen ecological fairway and green port construction,accelerate the standardization construction of inland water transportship,improvement of inland river shipping support system and enhance the awareness of environmental protection in the river.
