针对填坚石、次坚石路基传统碾压机械碾压效果不理想的现状,借鉴沥青混凝土的骨架稳定原理,改变传统的路基密实稳定为骨架镶嵌稳定,引进了强夯施工工艺,通过一系列的施工试验研究,分析了这一工艺的可行性,并确定了最佳机械组合和工艺参数,为填石路基强夯施工这一工艺在高速公路中的运用提供了技术保障。
針對填堅石、次堅石路基傳統碾壓機械碾壓效果不理想的現狀,藉鑒瀝青混凝土的骨架穩定原理,改變傳統的路基密實穩定為骨架鑲嵌穩定,引進瞭彊夯施工工藝,通過一繫列的施工試驗研究,分析瞭這一工藝的可行性,併確定瞭最佳機械組閤和工藝參數,為填石路基彊夯施工這一工藝在高速公路中的運用提供瞭技術保障。

According to the present situation of not ideal compaction effect of filling stone,secondly stone roadbed traditional compaction mechan-ical,in view of the skeleton stability principle of asphalt concrete,changed the traditional roadbed compacting stability as skeleton embedded sta-bility,introduced the compaction construction process,through a series of construction test research,analyzed the feasibility of the process,and determined the best mechanical combination and process parameters,provided technical support for the application of rock fill compaction con-struction this technology in highway.
