The paper analyzes main problems in the operation process of the subway transfer system and its improvement strategies,points out the improvement scheme by combining with the fact in the transfer system at Xinjiekou Station of Nanjing Subway,adopts Anylogic software to estab-lish the simulation environment based on the previous points,and concludes the traffic characteristics parameter after the implementation of the improvement measures,and it evaluates its improvement effect.
