法所追求的价值归纳起来有三个：正义、权利、责任。这三个方面在本质上是同一的，都根源于人的道德性，都是人对法的一种道德感受。正义是从整体上对法的人生根本意义的一种感受，权利是从个体上对法的人生自由意义的一种感受，责任是对法的人的社会性价值的一种强调和对个体过分独立性的一种合理的道德限制，因而它们互相依赖、相辅相成，是法必不可少的构成要素，也可以说是“法”价值的“三位一体”。它们的存在使法的内容丰富多彩，使法的存在具有必然性、正当性、权威性。因此，我们对法的理解上必须兼顾，不可偏一。有必要在引证西方学者的相关论述的基础上，就“法”三个方面的基本含义及其相互关系做一些探讨。

Legal pursuit of value can be summed up in three Interpretations:justice,rights and responsibilities.These three Interpretations are essentially the same,and are rooted in human morali-ty.They are all human moral feelings to law.Justice is on the whole the feeling of fundamental life significance of the law;rights from the individual are the feeling of life freedom of the law;responsi-bilities are the emphasis to human social values and the reasonable moral restrictions on an individual excessive independence of the law.So they rely on each other,complement each other,and they are essential elements of the law.It can be said to be “Trinity”of the law value.Their presence makes the content of the law rich,so the existence of the law has inevitability,legitimacy and authority.There-fore,we must take into account the understanding of the law,not biased one.This paper does some research work according to the basic meaning and their relationship of the three Interpretations on the basis of citing the relevant discussion of Western scholars.
