建立了索氏抽提前处理,气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法测定空气中15种多环芳烃。该法的液体检出限为0.008~0.071μg/mL,空白基体加标的相对标准偏差范围为1.1%~9.3%,平均回收率为89.4%~113%;将其运用到实际样品分析中,并与GC-MS法结果进行了比对。结果表明,该法选择性高,精密度好,适用于空气中多环芳烃的检测。

The method using soxhlet extraction pretreatment and gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry to analyze 15 compounds of PAHs in Ambient Air has been established. The method detection limit was 0.008~0.071μg/mL for liquid condition,The RSD range of blank matrix spike was from 1.1%~9.3%,the average recovery was from 89.4%~113%;The method was used to analyze air samples and a comparative analysis with the result of GC-MS was done. The result proved that this method had high selectivity and precision,it can be applied to the determination of polycyclic ar?omatic hydrocarbons in ambient air.
