选取钢板、角钢和钢管为试验对象,探索在钢材表面进行 Al—Zn—Si 和 Al—Zn—Si—RE 热镀工艺,创新性的提出了二次助镀技术,优化并确定了各流程的工艺参数,为在输电杆塔结构用钢中推广镀铝锌硅(稀土)技术奠定了实验基础。
選取鋼闆、角鋼和鋼管為試驗對象,探索在鋼材錶麵進行 Al—Zn—Si 和 Al—Zn—Si—RE 熱鍍工藝,創新性的提齣瞭二次助鍍技術,優化併確定瞭各流程的工藝參數,為在輸電桿塔結構用鋼中推廣鍍鋁鋅硅(稀土)技術奠定瞭實驗基礎。

This paper selects steel plate,steel angle and steel tube as the test objects to explore the production techniques of hot-dip coatings of Al—Zn—Si and Al—Zn—Si—RE. The double assistant agent has been creatively put forward and the technological parameters have been opti-mized,all of which lay the experimental foundations for the promotion of Al—Zn—Si(—RE)alloy coating on the transmission tower structures.
