通过分析国内外新能源的发展以及西藏当前的太阳能、水能、风能、地热能发电技术及成果,阐述了西藏新能源开发利用存在着技术缺乏、开发成本高、利用率低、不稳定性等问题,提出了本地区扩大新能源科技队伍建设、开展新能源发电技术研究、制定新能源发电的行业规范等措施。
通過分析國內外新能源的髮展以及西藏噹前的太暘能、水能、風能、地熱能髮電技術及成果,闡述瞭西藏新能源開髮利用存在著技術缺乏、開髮成本高、利用率低、不穩定性等問題,提齣瞭本地區擴大新能源科技隊伍建設、開展新能源髮電技術研究、製定新能源髮電的行業規範等措施。
통과분석국내외신능원적발전이급서장당전적태양능、수능、풍능、지열능발전기술급성과,천술료서장신능원개발이용존재착기술결핍、개발성본고、이용솔저、불은정성등문제,제출료본지구확대신능원과기대오건설、개전신능원발전기술연구、제정신능원발전적행업규범등조시。
The current situation of new energy development in the world is presented.Particularly, several new energy power generation technologies and their achievements in Tibet is introduced, including the solar power, hydropower, wind power, geothermal power.However, practical difficulties remain in the new energy development, such as the lack of skills, high development cost, low utilization rate, and instability problems.Thus, several development strategies for new energy development in Tibet are proposed, such as the training of technical staff, research and development of new energy technology, and establishment of the standard for new energy industry.
