为确保厂房桥机安全稳定运行，保证瀑布沟电站发电机组能及时检修、消缺，对桥机啃轨情况进行了检查分析，采用了上下游方向及垂直方向均可根据变形情况调节的可调节式轨道压轨器，对桥机轨道平直度、平整度以及轨道接头错动进行处理。经过2a实践，桥机运行状况良好。

Stable and safe operation of the bridge crane in the underground plant of Pubugou Hydropower Station is cru-cial for the timely maintenance of the generator units.Thus, the bridge crane is carefully inspected to prevent the jam problem.Straightness, smoothness of the rail and offsets between the rail joints are fine-tuned by adopting the adjustable rail fasteners, which can be adjusted along the horizontal and vertical directions based on the rail deformation.Two year’ s practice shows that the bridge crane operates well with this treatment.
