介绍了采用长距离高压海底电缆的海上风电场输电系统电磁暂态模型,利用EMTP/EMTPE仿真软件分析了高压海底电缆+架空混合线路工频过电压,在此基础上研究高压并联电抗器和低压无功补偿装置容量,得到了海上风电场无功补偿配置方案。以某海上风电场为例,对其工频过电压及无功补偿进行了综合计算分析,验证了所提方案的可行性。

Introduction was made to the power transmission system electromagnetism transient model of offshore wind farm adopt-ing long-distance high-voltage submarine cable. The simulation software EMTP/EMTPE was adopted to analyze the frequency over-voltage of high-voltage submarine cable and overhead line. On the basis of this, the capacity of high-voltage shunt reactors and low-voltage reactive compensators was studied to obtain the reactive compensation configuration plan of offshore wind farm. Taking certain coastal offshore wind farm for example, this paper carried out comprehensive analysis and calculation to the frequency over-voltage and reactive power compensation, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed plan.
