某水电站C相管道母线( GIL)在正常运行中,突然发生导体对外壳放电故障,导致该条线路停运。依据故障前的监测数据和故障后的气体分解产物分析了故障的原因,就隧道管母线监测手段不完善的问题提出了改进建议,更换该段管道母线后故障消除。

A sudden shut-down accident of the C-phase GIL tubular busbar in a hydropower station during its normal op-eration was encountered due to a discharge fault of the conductor to the case.Possible reasons of this fault are analyzed with the monitoring data before the accident and the breakdown products of the insulation gas after the accident.Im-provement measures are suggested for the monitoring of the tubular busbar.After the replacement of the faulty busbar, the accident is solved.
