针对呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站上水库库区位于严寒地区,防渗层沥青混凝土抗冻断温度要求达到-45℃,在室内对沥青混凝土矿料、沥青原材料及沥青混凝土的配合比进行了试验研究,同时在现场对沥青混凝土的摊铺施工工艺进行了试验。试验结果满足工程设计要求,用于该工程实际,效果良好。
針對呼和浩特抽水蓄能電站上水庫庫區位于嚴寒地區,防滲層瀝青混凝土抗凍斷溫度要求達到-45℃,在室內對瀝青混凝土礦料、瀝青原材料及瀝青混凝土的配閤比進行瞭試驗研究,同時在現場對瀝青混凝土的攤鋪施工工藝進行瞭試驗。試驗結果滿足工程設計要求,用于該工程實際,效果良好。

The upper pool in the Hohhot Pumped Storage Hydropower Station is in the extremely cold area.Therefore, the bituminous concrete in the impervious facing is required to be able to withstand this cold situation, with a tempera-ture requirement of -45℃against the freezing fracture.Experimental studies are then carried out in the laboratory on the mineral aggregate, bituminous material, and mixture ratio of the bituminous concrete.Also, an in-situ test is made on the spreading construction technology of the bituminous concrete.Results show that the bituminous concrete that used in the construction satisfies the design requirement and the construction is satisfying.
