为避开水轮机不稳定运行区域,合理利用水资源增强机组水力发电性能,结合角木塘水电站工程特性和类似工程实践经验,从技术、经济等方面对水力发电机组机型、装机台数、水轮机特性参数和结构等进行了优化计算。结果表明:优选的ZZ550-LH-425型机组与电站实际工况匹配性较好,性能比较优越、结构简单,综合出力及运行稳定性均达到设计规范要求。

위피개수륜궤불은정운행구역,합리이용수자원증강궤조수력발전성능,결합각목당수전참공정특성화유사공정실천경험,종기술、경제등방면대수력발전궤조궤형、장궤태수、수륜궤특성삼수화결구등진행료우화계산。결과표명:우선적ZZ550-LH-425형궤조여전참실제공황필배성교호,성능비교우월、결구간단,종합출력급운행은정성균체도설계규범요구。
Considering the specific engineering characteristics of the Jiaomutang Hydropower Station and also the practi-cal experience from other projects, technical and economical optimization are carried out on the type and number of the generator units, and the characteristic parameters and the structure of the turbines.Therefore, the unsteady operation of the turbine is avoided and the performance of the generator units is improved.Results show that the preferred ZZ550-LH-425 type turbine works well under the actual condition with superior performance and simple structure, and the pow-er output and operation stability of the turbine are satisfactory.
