This paper combines practical engineering case,according to the principle of“Combination of Blocking and Draining”,and it makes the design,test and construction going simultaneously,at the same time the methods adopts the combination of curtain grouting,horizontal con-solidation and chemical grouting,the main point of this method is that it utilizes the intermittent grouting,it illustrates Pinglu electric cable pit seepage-proofing technology of Yellow River Diversion Project of Shanxi province,so as to attain the effect of seepage-proofing.
