目的：分析正常大肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤和大肠癌中Fascin－1的表达及其意义。方法：用免疫组化方法检测不同大肠组织中Fascin－1的表达情况，并结合大肠癌临床病理参数进行分析。结果：正常大肠粘膜中未检测到Fascin－1表达，大肠腺瘤、大肠癌中表达率分别为18.42％和60.47％；大肠癌中Fascin－1的表达和肿瘤侵犯浆膜、淋巴结转移、远处转移以及分期相关。结论：在大肠癌发生过程中，Fascin－1蛋白表达逐步增强，在大肠癌中显著高表达，并与大肠癌的浸润、转移密切相关。

목적：분석정상대장점막、대장선류화대장암중Fascin－1적표체급기의의。방법：용면역조화방법검측불동대장조직중Fascin－1적표체정황，병결합대장암림상병리삼수진행분석。결과：정상대장점막중미검측도Fascin－1표체，대장선류、대장암중표체솔분별위18.42％화60.47％；대장암중Fascin－1적표체화종류침범장막、림파결전이、원처전이이급분기상관。결론：재대장암발생과정중，Fascin－1단백표체축보증강，재대장암중현저고표체，병여대장암적침윤、전이밀절상관。
Objective:To observe expression of Fascin-1 in colorectal mucosa,colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer. Methods:The expression of Fas-cin-1 in different colorectal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression rate of Fascin -1 was 0% in colorectal mucosa, 18.42% in colorectal adenoma and 60.47% in colorectal cancer;The expression of Fascin-1 in colorectal cancer correlated with serosa invasion,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and staging of tumor.Conclusion:The Fascin-1 expression gradually increased in colorectal carcinogenesis and significantly higher in colorectal cancer. It closely related with the invasion and metastasis.
