随着肥胖成为流行性疾病,肥胖相关性肾病(ORG)的发生率明显升高.ORG的发生与胰岛素抵抗、高瘦素血症、脂代谢异常、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)激活和氧化应激等因素密切相关.生活方式改变、减轻体重、使用改善胰岛素抵抗药物、抑制RAAS活性药物以及选择性抗炎药物等有助于延缓ORG进展.
隨著肥胖成為流行性疾病,肥胖相關性腎病(ORG)的髮生率明顯升高.ORG的髮生與胰島素牴抗、高瘦素血癥、脂代謝異常、腎素-血管緊張素-醛固酮繫統(RAAS)激活和氧化應激等因素密切相關.生活方式改變、減輕體重、使用改善胰島素牴抗藥物、抑製RAAS活性藥物以及選擇性抗炎藥物等有助于延緩ORG進展.

With the epidemic of obesity,the incidence of obesity-related glomerulopathy (ORG) has increased significantly.The pathogenetic mechanisms of ORG include:insulin resistance,hyperleptinemia,lipid metabolic disorders,activation of renin angiotensin aldosterone system(RAAS),oxidative stress and so on.Lifestyle modification,weight loss,drug therapy of insulin resistance,RAAS blockade and selective antiinflammatory drugs may be beneficial to ameliorate the progression of ORG.
