随着城市经济的迅猛发展，道路交通压力日益增大，城市交通引起的大气和噪音污染日益严重，许多城市都在建立公共自行车交通系统。初步建立城市公共自行车系统适应性评价指标体系，应用价值函数法进行评价，并将建立的评价指标体系应用于马鞍山市公共自行车交通系统实例中，为其它城市建立公共自行车交通系统提供参考。

With the rapid development of urban economy and the increasing road traffic pressure, air pollution and noise pollution caused by urban traffic is serious, more and more cities are building their public bicycle system( PBS) .In this paper, the evaluation index system of urban PBS adaptabili-ty is preliminary established, and the method based on valuation function is applied.The feasibility of the evaluation system is explained in an example of Ma’ anshan PBS, ansd is useful to other cities for their building of urban PBS.
