提出一种改造方案:通过对前端除尘器进行修复改造,保证其进入风机中灰尘含量小于每立方100毫克,减少对风机叶轮叶片的再次磨损。并对风机叶片磨损严重部位进行割除置换加固,大大改善风机的运行状况。
提齣一種改造方案:通過對前耑除塵器進行脩複改造,保證其進入風機中灰塵含量小于每立方100毫剋,減少對風機葉輪葉片的再次磨損。併對風機葉片磨損嚴重部位進行割除置換加固,大大改善風機的運行狀況。
제출일충개조방안:통과대전단제진기진행수복개조,보증기진입풍궤중회진함량소우매립방100호극,감소대풍궤협륜협편적재차마손。병대풍궤협편마손엄중부위진행할제치환가고,대대개선풍궤적운행상황。
System for the rotor movement was severely damaged and was forced to stop.This paper proposes a renovation scheme:to reform the front filter to repair,ensure it into the dust content in the fan per cubic metre of less than 100 milligrams,reduce the fan impeller blade wear again.And the fan blade wear parts are cut out replacement reinforcement,greatly improved the operation condition of than fan.
