结合马钢四钢轧实际生产情况,分析了影响结晶器液面波动的主要原因为塞棒吹氩量和鼓肚。通过采取降低塞棒吹氩量,增加二冷水量,优化保护渣性能以及保证扇形段对中精度等工艺措施后,结晶器液面波动标准差由2.52mm降低为1.36mm,从而达到提高冷轧产品质量的目的。

Reduce the mold level fluctuation is great effect to improve the slab quality.According the production process of Masteel No.4 plant, argon flow and bulge are the main reasons caused mold level fluctuation.Through the process practice like reduce the stopper argon flow, increase the second-ary cooling water, optimization mold power property and ensure the segment alignment and gap accura-cy, then the mold level fluctuation standard deviation is decreased from 2.52mm to 1.36mm, the in-clusion ratio decreased from 1.40%to 0.80%, effectively improve the quality of slab.
