将差错信息上升为差错知识并纳入到组织的学习资源中,是组织防范和处理差错事件的有效途径。探讨差错学习中的知识流动问题,从差错知识的产生及其在个人、团队、组织间传递与共享的过程来描述差错学习的内在机制。指出组织应在内部积极营造良好的差错学习文化和氛围,并将个人的差错学习上升到团队、组织层面,以此来增强组织的差错学习能力,提高组织工作绩效。

It is an effective way of preventing and dealing with the error events to absorb the error information into organizational knowl-edge and make it a useful part of organizational learning resources. The knowledge flow problems of error learning are discussed in the arti-cle, which also describes the internal mechanism of error learning concerning the error knowledge creation and the error knowledge proces-ses of transferring and sharing among individuals, teams, and organizations. It is pointed out that we should actively create the sound cul-ture and atmosphere of error learning and upgrade the personal level error learning to the team and the organizational level, thus to enhance the organizational error learning ability and improve organizational performance.
