以4年生泽香葡萄为试材,露地栽培为对照,研究避雨栽培对葡萄生长微环境、果实品质的影响。结果表明:避雨栽培能降低棚下光照强度,雨天遮光率最大可达47.8%,晴天时为30%左右;调节温湿度,使棚下温度低于露地温度1~2℃;在雨季果实发育期,避雨栽培有利于糖分的积累、有机酸的分解和果实的膨大;果实成熟后,避雨栽培的葡萄外观品质明显提高,其中穗质量增加12.92%,烂果率降低15.56%。但由于避雨棚对微环境的影响,总糖、可溶性固形物含量略有下降,总酸升高,因此可考虑采收前14 d撤掉棚膜或延迟采收,以利于后期糖分的积累和果实品质的提高。

The four-year-old Zexiang (V. vinifera L) as the experiment material, to investigate the effects of rain-shelter cultivation on the microclimate and fruit quality. The result showed that under the shelter, the illumination intensity could be reduced up to 47.8% in rainy days, about 30% in sunny days. It also could adjust the temperature and humidity of the micro environment, the temperature was lower than the open field cultivation about 1~2 ℃; In the raining season, rain-shelter cultivation conditions was benefit to the accumulation of sugars, the decomposition of organic acids and the enlargement of fruit size; The appearance quality of rain-shelter grape was improved obviously after ripening, the cluster weight increased by 12.92%, the rotting rate decreased by 15.56%. But the impact of scattered light from the rain-shelter condation, total sugar, soluble solids content were slightly declined, and the total acids contents got promoted. Therefore, in order to accumulate sugar and improve fruit quality, the films was removed 1~2 weeks before harvest or by delayed harvest.
