目的：回顾药物经济学领域的系统综述研究发展现状，为研究者提供参考。方法：运用PubMed数据库对药物经济学领域的系统综述进行检索，借助于GoPubMed及人工的方式进行文献计量分析。结果：截至2014年3月25日，药物经济学系统综述在30年内有了较大的发展，作者和期刊均集中于欧美国家，研究内容以药物治疗为主，研究方法以成本效果为主。结论：药物经济学系统综述研究领域建立了稳定的作者群体和研究力量，但发展中国家相关研究力量较为薄弱，中国需加强这方面能力建设。
목적：회고약물경제학영역적계통종술연구발전현상，위연구자제공삼고。방법：운용PubMed수거고대약물경제학영역적계통종술진행검색，차조우GoPubMed급인공적방식진행문헌계량분석。결과：절지2014년3월25일，약물경제학계통종술재30년내유료교대적발전，작자화기간균집중우구미국가，연구내용이약물치료위주，연구방법이성본효과위주。결론：약물경제학계통종술연구영역건립료은정적작자군체화연구역량，단발전중국가상관연구역량교위박약，중국수가강저방면능력건설。
Objective:To review the development status of systematic review in pharmacoeconomics field, and to provide reference for researchers. Methods:PubMed database was used to retrieve systematic reviews in pharmacoeconomics field,and bibliometric analysis was conducted by the combination of GoPubMed and manual method. Results:Up to March 25,2014,the systematic reviews of pharmacoeconomics in last 30 years have made significant development. Authors and journals concentrated in western countries,the researches mostly focused on drug treatment,and research methods were mainly cost-effectiveness. Conclusion:A stable power of groups and researchers have been established in the systematic reviews of pharmacoeconomics filed,but related research efforts in developing countries are weak,and it is suggested that China needs to strengthen the capacity building in this area.
