三星电子作为通信设备制造业的领先企业,其技术体系演变过程对中国通信企业具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。对三星电子技术体系的发展演变进行专利计量分析,研究不同时期三星专利的技术领域分布及技术共现情况。研究发现,三星电子专利的技术交叉度在不断增强;三星的技术体系经历了从没有明显技术集群到形成相对独立的技术集群,再到技术领域间联系紧密,不存在明显技术集群界限的发展过程;从不同大类个体网结构的演变看,U大类(半导体与电子电路技术)的度数和共现强度均大于平均值,L大类(玻璃-制陶-电镀技术)的度数较低, W大类(通信技术)和T大类(计算-控制技术)共现强度较低。

As a leading firm of the telecommunication equipment manufacturing industry, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. ’ s technology system development has a guiding significance for Chinese telecommunication enterprises. The paper analyzes the patents information of Samsung Electronics of technology system development and evolution, studied its technology fields distribution and technology co-occur-rence network. The results show that technology co-occurrence of Samsung’ s patents is on the rise. Samsung has developed from having no technology cluster to having relatively independent technology clusters, then to having close correlation among its different technology fields without clear dividing line among the technology clusters. From the evolution of individual network of different classes, the degree number and strength of Class U are larger than average value, the degree number of Class L is smaller, and strength of Class W and T are even smaller, in summary, the degree number of technology co-occurrence in hardware fields is larger than that of software fields.
