目的：分析上海市推广无偿献血者采血前丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）快速检测的效果。方法：收集2010—2013年上海市ALT快速检测仪的配置与使用、血液报废、ALT快速检测设备配置费用等数据。分析ALT快速检测项目开展前后的血液报废率、报废量，并进行成本效益分析。结果：上海市ALT快速检测项目的推广使用，2010—2013年11月血液报废率从7.13%降至1.96%，采血成本减少863.65万元。结论：上海市开展无偿献血前ALT快速检测明显降低了血液报废，具有良好的经济效益。
목적：분석상해시추엄무상헌혈자채혈전병안산안기전이매（ALT）쾌속검측적효과。방법：수집2010—2013년상해시ALT쾌속검측의적배치여사용、혈액보폐、ALT쾌속검측설비배치비용등수거。분석ALT쾌속검측항목개전전후적혈액보폐솔、보폐량，병진행성본효익분석。결과：상해시ALT쾌속검측항목적추엄사용，2010—2013년11월혈액보폐솔종7.13%강지1.96%，채혈성본감소863.65만원。결론：상해시개전무상헌혈전ALT쾌속검측명현강저료혈액보폐，구유량호적경제효익。
Objective:To analyze the benefits of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)rapid test before blood collection in unpaid blood donators of Shanghai. Methods:Data of the allocation and utilization of the equipment for ALT rapid tests,the blood waste,and the expenditure of the equipment for ALT rapid tests in Shanghai from 2010 to 2013 were collected. The blood waste rate and blood waste amount before and after the ALT rapid test program were analyzed and cost-benefit analysis was conducted. Results:With the benefit of the ALT rapid test program in Shanghai, the rate of blood waste was reduced from 7.13%to 1.96%and the cost of blood collection was reduced by 8.6365 million RMB. Conclusion:The utilization of ALT rapid tests before blood collection in unpaid blood donators of Shanghai significantly reduced the rate of blood waste and has good financial benefits.
