目的：比较苏灵注射液与邦亭注射液对结直肠癌术后临床止血的效果,为临床用药提供参考。方法随机将2014年1月至2015年1月期间我院结直肠外科行手术治疗的60例结直肠癌术后患者分成A组(苏灵注射液组)和B组(邦亭注射液组),每组30例。 A组给予苏灵注射液2 U用生理盐水2~4 mL稀释后静脉注射,1次/d；B组给予邦亭静脉注射2 U用生理盐水20 mL稀释后静脉注射,2次/d。连用3 d后比较两组药物的临床止血效果。结果治疗后A组总有效率为93．3%,B组为73．3%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；在不良反应方面两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论苏灵注射液止血效果优于邦亭注射液,具有有效率高、不良反应少的优点。
목적：비교소령주사액여방정주사액대결직장암술후림상지혈적효과,위림상용약제공삼고。방법수궤장2014년1월지2015년1월기간아원결직장외과행수술치료적60례결직장암술후환자분성A조(소령주사액조)화B조(방정주사액조),매조30례。 A조급여소령주사액2 U용생리염수2~4 mL희석후정맥주사,1차/d；B조급여방정정맥주사2 U용생리염수20 mL희석후정맥주사,2차/d。련용3 d후비교량조약물적림상지혈효과。결과치료후A조총유효솔위93．3%,B조위73．3%,량조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)；재불량반응방면량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0．05)。결론소령주사액지혈효과우우방정주사액,구유유효솔고、불량반응소적우점。
Objective To compare the hemostasis effect of haemocoagulase agkistrodon for injection and he-mocoagulase halys for injection on hemorrhage after resection of colorectal cancer,and provide refeprences for clinical medication. Methods Sixty patients in the department of colorectal surgery of our hospital from January 2014 to Janu-ary 2015 were divided into 2 groups. Group A (n=30) was given 2 U of haemocoagulase agkistrodon for injection di-luted with 2~4 mL NS iv,once daily; group B (m=30) was given 2 U of hemocoagulase halys for injection diluted with 20 mL NS iv,twice daily. The hemostasis efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B (93. 3% vs. 73. 3%,P<0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in body temperature,blood loss,and bleeding time (P>0. 05). Conclusion The hemostasis effect of haemocoagulase agkistrodon for injection on hemorrhage after resection of colorectal cancer is better than that of hemocoagulase halys for injection with higher effective rate and has less adverse reaction.
