低消费率尤其是居民消费率过低,是目前困扰我国经济可持续发展的一个重要问题。居民消费偏好既依赖于家庭遗传性和内生性,也依赖于社会形成机制。消费行为受到空间建构和分布的影响,城乡消费空间的差异会导致居民消费行为也存在较大异质性:一是由城乡社会形成机制差异导致的消费群体的异质性,二是由信仰、观念、社会等级等家庭资本遗传导致的消费者个体异质性。我国的城镇化进程将导致两类扩大消费效应,即由于城乡空间重构和居民区位移动,消费者群体重新选择消费方式及消费行为的“空间转换效应”,以及在深度城镇化的过程中,异质性消费个体面对城市“消费空间”的变化而改变消费方式和消费内容的“消费升级效应”。将空间维度和消费黏性引入“低消费率之谜”的研究,可以有效地拓展消费行为的微观基础研究,揭示我国城镇化进程中扩大消费的内在机理。

Low consumption rate,especially low consumption rate of residents,is a major problem plaguing China??s sustainable economic development at present.Starting from the basic reality of China??s economy and society,this paper proposes an urbanization expanding consumption analysis framework based on a cross-disciplinary theoretical perspective and stickiness in consumption growth. Some researches have proved that consumer preferences not only depend on the family hereditary and endogenous,but also rely on the social formation mechanism.Urban and rural consumption spaces have large spatial differences,which makes the consumption behavior of residents heterogeneous. While the group heterogeneity results from the differences between urban and rural spatial structure, the individual heterogeneity can be attributed to family capital,such as the belief,concept,and social class and so on.Therefore,in China??s process of urbanization,there are two types of consumption effect,namely,space conversion effect from urban and rural spatial reconstruction and resident immi-gration,and consumption upgrade effects from individuals changing their consumption patterns and content in the process of deepening urbanization.
