目的:探讨克霉唑栓微生物限度方法学验证。方法采用45℃1%吐温80的pH 7.0无菌氯化钠-蛋白胨缓冲液制备供试液,采用薄膜过滤法。结果各菌的回收率达到70%以上。结论该方法适合不同基质的克霉唑栓微生物限度方法检查。
目的:探討剋黴唑栓微生物限度方法學驗證。方法採用45℃1%吐溫80的pH 7.0無菌氯化鈉-蛋白胨緩遲液製備供試液,採用薄膜過濾法。結果各菌的迴收率達到70%以上。結論該方法適閤不同基質的剋黴唑栓微生物限度方法檢查。
목적:탐토극매서전미생물한도방법학험증。방법채용45℃1%토온80적pH 7.0무균록화납-단백동완충액제비공시액,채용박막과려법。결과각균적회수솔체도70%이상。결론해방법괄합불동기질적극매서전미생물한도방법검사。
Objective To establish the method of microbial limit examination for clotrimazole supposito-ries. Methods pH 7. 0 sterile buffered sodium chloride-peptone solution with 1% tween-80 at 45 ℃ was used to make test solution. Filtration membrane method was used for the examination. Results The recovery rate was more than 70%. Conclusion This method is effective and feasible,it could be applied to the microbial limit examination for vari-ous matrix of clotrimazole suppositories.
